Raising Rascals strives to make your ordering experience as easy and as safe as possible.  If you wish to place an order over the phone, have a question about our product or an existing order we can be reached via email, phone fax.

ORDER ONLINE – When deciding on your purchases, simply select the ‘ADD TO CART’ button and you will automatically be directed to the shopping cart where you can choose and input your method of payment.   Raising Rascals offers the following payment options - VISA, MasterCard, Amex and Discover.   When you enter your credit card information via our shopping cart, it is encrypted and protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).  (For more information please see our Privacy Policy)

  1. FAX or PHONE – To fax an order, please fill out the fax form and send it to  905-648-4043

  2. EMAIL – You are welcome to email your order. Please copy the name(s) of the item(s) you wish to purchase and the quantity.   Please DO NOT send your credit card information by email. Please call us during our business hours at 1-877-648-4042 to give us your payment information.
  1. MAIL ORDER – If you would like to mail in your order please call us at 1-877-648-4042. Raising Rascals only accepts money orders.  Your order will be processed once the money order has been received.

PICK-UP

If your order is in stock and would like to pick up, no problem. Please use the coupon code " pickup" or call at 905-648-4042 or email customerservice@rasingrascals.com before ordering.  We will be happy to make arrangements with you for a pick-up.  Some product ie: personalized or product coming directly from the manufacturer will not be available for pick-up and shipping cost will apply.

1. The first one lets you know that your order has been received

2. The second email lets you know that your order has been processed

3. The third email will let you know when your order has been shipped and you will also receive a tracking number at this time from Canada Post

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Change your mind?  No problem!  You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order.  Just send an email to customerservice@raisingrascals.com with your order details (the name(s) of the items and the quantity) and you will be refunded.  If you want to cancel an order beyond 24 hours, please let us know immediately and we will determine if your order has already been processed and or shipped.  We regret that if your order has already been shipped, or for personalized items already created, we cannot cancel your order.  Orders cancelled after they have been processed and or shipped are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have missed the cancellation deadline and your order has already been shipped, you can return your merchandise for a refund, exchange or store credit.  *Some conditions apply.  Please see Returns and Exchanges for full details. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES – We strive for 100% satisfaction for our customers.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we gladly offer a 14 day refund credit or exchange. *Some conditions apply. Orders cancelled after they have been processed and or shipped are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All items must be returned in new and unused condition with manufacturer tags attached.  Upon receiving and inspection of the returned item, Raising Rascals will process the refund.  Refunds will be applied to the same method in which you paid. We regret that your shipping costs are not reimbursed.

If you would like to return an item please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Notify us through email customerservice@raisingrasclas.com or call at 1-877- 648-4042.
  2. We will email you a Customer Return Number
  3. Complete the form and include in package, or email it back to us
  4. Place merchandise in original packaging assuring that manufacturer tags are intact.
  5. Upon receiving your returned item, and ensuring it is in good condition, Raising Rascals will credit your credit card.  You will be notified by email when this occurs.

*The following items are non-returnable -   Personalized and customized items cannot be returned unless damaged in transit or if there is a personalized error made by the supplier. Personal care products, such as any baby care balms or creams cannot be returned.  

DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event that an item you received was damaged, Raising Rascals must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your package either by email, customerservice@raisingrascals.com or 1-877-648-4042 during our regular business hours.  Raising Rascals will then advise you on next steps.
